After a long trip, I found one tire had sidewalk damage! It was late afternoon, but a quick call to Granite City Tire & Auto , and a short drive had me sorted out within 45 minutes! I needed a new set of tires— options were explained, safety issues outlined, and the job fine quickly and efficiently. All staff were pleasant and straightforward about my options. I will definitely use Granite City Tire again —and recommend this fine establishment for your tire needs!

Sartell Granite City Tire & Auto is wonderful!! I’ve purchased tires a couple of times and always get my oil changed here. I’ve needed some other repairs recently on my aging car. They have been amazing about getting me in right away especially when I’m in a rush to get something fixed. So friendly and helpful in addition to doing a great job!!

I went to Granite City Tire and Auto to have them look at my air conditioner. They said they had to vacuum the system, add oil and refrigerant. Works very good. I also needed tires and the sale wasn't until the following week but the manager was able to give me the sale price. I'm so very grateful for the service I got.

I’ve been client for 30+ years. They are always willing to help and get me in. “Dan the man” is “ my guy”. He tells me when I will need repair, “ next oil change we should do “, so I rarely get surprised by needed repairs. Curt and the rest of the team are great too. I had an excellent experience at Granite Tire. The facility was very clean. I came in for an estimate and scheduled the work to be completed. I didn't have any other transportation so I waited while my repairs were completed. The seats in the waiting area are comfortable. Both the cost and time estimated were spot on. I am pleased with the repairs. I left feeling like my ride was safer and the clunking was gone. This place is amazing!

Curt was very friendly and helpful. He recommended a great tire for what I needed. They got me in on short notice and only recommended what needed service. Definitely will be back again when I need more tires.

Jordan was very knowledgeable in informing me of my car and went above and beyond for his services for me. Highly recommend if you want a mechanic that pays attention to detail. They are honest people who lookout for their community.

Great associates. Willing to answer any questions you have. Very good at taking care of your vehicle. They even have a coupon book that has some great savings in it to help minimize pricing.

Really good experience from the team at GCT&A. Went in to get a tire rotation on one set of wheels and potentially winter tires for another set and they recommended to wait two more months and then come back to deal with both of them. They didn't pressure my wife but instead called and let me know what they found. World class service.

We've been going here for many years for our vehicles. We have always received wonderful service. I appreciate so much how they have always been so accommodating to get our car or truck in and repairs done as quickly as possible. As with most people, we really rely on our vehicles, so this has been a lifesaver. I have also used a loaner car once while my car was being repaired, so I didn't have to sit there all day. The MOST friendly staff! We were in town for the 4th of July and ended up having a leaking rim, which obviously is not ideal for a road trip. They were so professional and problem-solving oriented. I'd highly recommend this place! So thankful for them!
